Her songs have a lot of energy that seem to take a lot of inspiration from electro pop. She also can slow it down and control the soul with her voice like the finest instrument. Growing up on the likes of Whitney Houston, and Mariah Carey, it is easy to see what a large influence these artist had on her. I would not describe it as mood music because it is more than that. On the other hand, the songs are powerful enough to set the mood. Both serious and fun, J-Zohar is not boring, to say the least. | |
