The 12th China Shanghai International Performing Arts Fair (SPAF) will launch in the Shanghai Grand Theatre from Sep. 26 to Sep. 29 2010. With the World Expo 2010 Shanghai currently being held in this modern and international metropolis, the festival will welcome colleagues from the culture and performing arts fields around the world.
