| Bio : | THE FOURCE We are four songwriter/musicians from the Chicago area who play a cross between Americana, Folk Rock and Adult Contemporary. People have said we sound like The Traveling Wilburys, Barenaked Ladies, REM, Youngbloods and The Greatfull Dead. An original song by members of THE FOURCE has been recorded by a major recording artist Son Seals and performed by Son Seals on the Conan Obrien Show. In 2004 a song from the bands first CD was used in a documentary film about a California politician. In 2002 THE FOURCE contributed several songs to the soundtrack of an animated feature film. THE FOURCE was formed in 2000 and writes and records their original songs and performs live playing their originals and cover tunes. The FOURCE is also looking to license their original song recordings to TV, movies or other media outlets. THE FOURCE was nominated in 2007 as Best International Folk Group by Toronto Exclusive Magazine and the song “ Til Something Better Comes Along’ was nominated as Best International Folk Song. Bob Kramer of The Fource was one of the finalists in the Chicago Tribune newspaper Christmas song contest in 2009. You can see and hear his song on Youtube.com.
